Completed sessions
The app may record when you finish a workout session. That supports a history of activity.
Selected routines
Your chosen workout routines can be retained locally. This helps you return to the exercises you selected.
Duration and timers
Elapsed time and completed duration may be saved. They contribute to workout tracking and time summaries.
Exercise completion
Completion records help show which exercises you finished. They are part of your personal workout history.
Daily and weekly activity
Daily and weekly activity can be organized into progress views. The information stays within local app records.
Preferences and onboarding
Preferences and onboarding completion status can be remembered. This supports the application experience on your device.
Routines and exercise timers
Stored choices help display available workouts and operate exercise timers. These are functional parts of the app.
Session tracking
Completed sessions and durations support workout records. This lets the app show what has been finished.
Daily and weekly progress
Activity information supports progress summaries across days and weeks. These views describe locally recorded workout activity.
History and preferences
Workout history gives you an organized view of your past sessions. Preferences remember how you use the application.
Records remain on your device
Locally stored records can remain available for your workout history. They are retained until a supported deletion action occurs.
Reset supported progress
Available app settings can reset supported workout progress records. This gives you control over the records those settings cover.
Clear application storage
Android device settings allow you to clear application data. Clearing it may permanently remove workout history and preferences.
Uninstall when appropriate
Uninstalling the app can remove locally stored data. Android backup and restore behavior can affect the result.
What supports these tools
Daily Workout uses local Android storage, including SharedPreferences, for workout-related records and preferences. The core experience is designed for use without a remote database, cloud account or internet connection.
Records can be reset through supported in-app settings or removed by clearing application storage. As the policy explains, uninstalling the app and Android backup behavior may also affect stored information.
